Land Title's online system provides residential and commercial customers a secure online access to their orders 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Open and track the progress of an order, as well as, post, view and download documents.
What is PaperlessCloser?
PaperlessCloser facilitates online communication between Land Title Company and its clients. With a valid user name and password issued by Land Title Company, then an authorized user can access their orders via our website. Here the authorized user can:
. Submit new orders online
. View existing orders in our system
. Track the status of the order
. Add Notes on the order for all participants to view
. Add Documents to the order file from their hard drive
All files are updated IMMEDIATELY as revisions are made.
Why is PaperlessCloser Beneficial?
1. Allows client to know immediately the status of their orders
2. Reduces phone calls and faxes regarding an order
3. Allow authorized users to submit documents instantly to Land Title Company
